The International Leadership Initiative (ILI) is a non-profit organization serving pastors and church leaders around the world. The ILI was founded by Rev. Dudley Hodges while serving as the Lead Pastor of Boynton Beach Community Church. The church and the ILI are committed to “kingdom collaboration” as they carry out the mission of Jesus.

Dudley Hodges is the Founder and Director of the ILI. He is married to Christine and together they have three adult children and eleven grandchildren. Before becoming a pastor, Dudley worked as a Firefighter/Paramedic and was a Fire Rescue officer with the City of Hialeah Fire Department. He has a Master of Divinity degree from Reformed Theological Seminary and has completed the course work for a Doctor of Ministry degree. Dudley was the founding pastor of Boynton Beach Community Church where he served as Lead Pastor for 30 years.

Church Multiplication Ministries has certified Pastor Hodges as a Gospel Coach and he has served as an international seminar speaker with Voice of the Martyrs. He also serves on the board of Children’s Impact Network, an international ministry that rescues abused, abandoned and neglected children.
