One of the most effective ways to help pastors and leaders meet the demands of ministry is through Gospel Coaching.

A Gospel coach comes alongside a leader to help them clarify the goals God is giving them and develop an effective strategy to achieve those goals.

In partnership with Church Multiplication Ministries, ILI offers scholarships to pastors and leaders in the U.S. and internationally to connect them with a Gospel Coach.
